We did a thing!

The Friends of Itter Park are delighted to announce the installation of a brand new defibrillator in our community.

This life saving device is now available for use in case of emergencies. Located conveniently on the end wall of the bowls pavilion with the nearest access point being the pedestrian entrance to Itter Park on Fulbridge Road.

This has been made possible by your support in attending our events, particularly the Easter and Summer fun days, and allowed us to raise the funds to purchase this defibrillator.

A big thanks to Community Heartbeat Charity for all their support, a great organisation that has enabled over 8000 defibrillators in local communities.

We are pleased to announce our list of bands for this years summer funday

These bands all give up their time to play for us, please follow them back

Please be aware that the hard tennis courts and the adjacent lawn tennis courts are out of use for approximately 2 weeks, this is because the hard courts are being refurbished.

The 2 lawn tennis courts within the formal gardens are still in use, no need to book and no charge.

Or you can always try table tennis, there are two tables in the park, just bring our own bat and ball.

After discussion with Vets4Pets they have taken the difficult decision to cancel the dog show at this years funday during the heat.

It is felt that the safety of peoples dogs is more important.
